This happens when we hit our late 20s, which is when we need to compensate by exercising more and eating more healthily.
Eating more vegetables can help create a more sustainable environment .
Studies have shown a lifetime of regular exercise slows down ageing.
We celebrate active ageing. By focusing on eating well and keeping an active lifestyle (minimally 10,000 steps), we can decelerate ageing and try to prevent or at least delay the onset of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cardio vascular diseases (the dreaded “three highs”).

Gain the latest knowledge and solutions on ageing better and successfully via the free-to-attend workshops.
